Endodontics

Endodontics is the branch of dentistry that deals with the study and restoration of malformations, diseases and injuries of the interior of the teeth, i.e. endodontium.

Inside your teeth there is soft tissue whose name is pulp, which contains nerves, blood vessels and connective tissue. Diseases of the dental pulp usually occur as a result of progression of caries to the dental pulp, which further reacts to the incoming infection by an inflammatory process which is manifested by the appearance of toothache. Further action of bacteria and their toxins can lead to major complications to oral health, so the infection should be removed by the appropriate dental treatment.

Untreated teeth can cause problems with the heart, kidneys, joints … All these problems are solved exclusively by quality endodontics i.e. treatment of teeth.

Endodontic treatment

Endodontic treatment, regardless of the type of pathological processes, is reduced to the approach to the channel or channels of the root of the affected tooth.
